Opinion

The 32X is often dismissed as the product of the Sega dark ages, whereby Sega seemed to be releasing yet another add-on for the aging the Sega Mega Drive, in an attempt to keep it relevant in the face of the burgeoning 32bit uber machines. Machines that were positioning themselves to take over the industry. Maybe so… What I do know, is that the 32X has some fantastic games. Admittedly, it’s a small library of games, a selection of about 40 games, but amongst them are some real gems.
The 32X showing it’s 3D chops here. Metal Head is a surprising good game, too. I feel, and I stand to be corrected, it’s giving the 3DO and Jaguar a real run for their money in 3D prowess with this one.
I’m inclined to agree with the mob on this one. Virtua Racing on the 32X is the best version available.

Space Harrier on the 32X. This game has some very hardcore fans, but I feel this is a pretty good arcade conversion. Correct me if I’m wrong on @ste_mega
Oh dear. Tmek. It’s a nope from me. have a look at BattleSport on 3DO if you fancy this kind of thing.
Knuckles’ chaotix. Basically not Sonic, but almost Sonic the Hedgehog. I’m not a huge Sonic fan, this seems fine to me, but I’m sure others perhaps think otherwise…
Motorcross is surprisingly good.
A refreshingly good quality implementation of Mortal Kombat 2.
Yes, it runs Doom. Again, a solid port of the game, nice and smooth and plays really well.
