Conquer is 3D tank
battle game, that
appears to be based on
the Zarch / Virus game
engine.
Star Fighter 3000 is a
solid 3D sci-fi themed
shooting game mission
thingy. It looks really
good on the Acorn, it
was later ported to
3DO. and looks even
better, and eventually
made it to the PS1 and
Saturn, where it’s
horrible.
Zarch and also known
as Virus on other
platforms, really flies
on the A3010.
Zool was ported to
every 32Bit machine,
and some 16bit
machines. The
Archimedes was not
excluded.
E-Type is not the easiest
game to play, but it’s
definitely pretty. It’s the
sequel to the Electron / BBC
game of the same name.
(And that was pretty cool,
too)
Alone in the Dark made it to
the Archimedes and plays as
good as the 3DO/PC
versions. I love this game.
Stunt Race 2000 is as if Stunt
Race and Hard Drivin’ loved
each other very much…
